The Services involve minor athletes. If the athlete is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account and agree to these Terms on the athlete's behalf. By submitting information about an athlete, you confirm you are the athlete's parent or legal guardian, or are otherwise authorized to provide that information.

The ATHLNK name, logo, content, and platform are owned by ATHLNK Corporation and protected by applicable laws. You retain rights to the content you submit and grant us a license to use it to operate and promote the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATHLNK Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
